Like the other ladies said, thank you for coming and clarifying some things. I am determined not to stress anymore, I have so much other stuff I need to be doing right now with this wedding that worrying about all the room stuff is just going to send me overboard. Can August just hurry up and get here....really, lol!!!!

I am so happy for the January Brides and can't wait to read reviews and see new up to date pictures!!!

She must have read this forum....i got a response!! :o)

She can't confirm any appointments until the spa place confirms with her but it's a step in the right direction.

Also, i'm really frustrated as the entire time i've been chatting with her i've told her we specifically want a rehearsal and will be having a rehearsal dinner of sorts the day prior to our wedding. Only today does she tell me that she doesn't work Sundays...which is a problem when my wedding party arrives on Sat night. Why would she not mention that earlier? This woman's going to send me insane.

ebredhawk - i too am worried about her CD player pressing abilities!! Isn't it ridiculous......but yet i still loose sleep over it.

Bring on the honeymoon!! :o)

LOL, you girls are a trip, but thanks, now I am thinking about the if she will know how to operate my iPOD and when to stop and play the next song. Hmmm I am going to have to set up practice here and make my songs fade into one another on the correct timing!! I feel a project coming on this weekend, lol.

I guess a good thing is that I have a soloist singing as I walk down so at least I know that timing will be right. I may just have something soft that can play on repeat for the parents and Bridal Party to walk into. You girls got me thinking....thank you!!!!

I think we're just going to have some salsa playing while everyone is waiting and then I still haven't decided what I'm going to walk down to though... maybe just pachelbal's canonhuh.gif I really have to get on that music stuff...

I think we are going to pay the extra now too and upgrade our plane tickets to elite or whatever it's called so we can get the extra weight allowance with our suitcases.. I am totally paranoid about going over and it's so expensive if you do.. extra leg room is also a pluswink.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
