the sand ceremony is definitely available!! i don't think it matters if you're doing a legal or symbolic either (the WC will do it unless you have a guest read it).. i've never heard of anyone having a problem with it and the resort already has a script for it unless you want to bring your own.

Hey I am just getting back into planning mode and so I have a couple of questions:

1. Does anyone know what the included flowers look like for the free package?

2. Does anyone know what the included cake in the free package is single tiered or two tiered?

3. The Gazebo looks very narrow from the few pictures I saw...does anyone know how much it can accomodate? I am considering 50ish guests.

Hi SSNM,

The cake size depends on the number of guest you have, when you pay for your dinner package. and I think the standard cake is 2 tier for 20 people. I actually ask Deyanira this question last week because I couldn't find anything on the price of the cake. If you want a specific cake or certain number of tiers, they can do that too if you send them a picture and let them know what you want. Of course there is additional cost if its a specialty cake.

For the flowers I can email you pictures of the bouquets that NSbride sent me.

The gazebo can accommadate I think Deyanira said 60 - 70 guest, I have to double check my email from her because I too ask this question since I will have around 50ish guests also.

Hope this helps some

Thanks a lot Irdavis! If you do have the flower pictures and are comfortable posting them here on the thread, that would be great. If you prefer to send it via email, you can send it to maritalbliss4eva@yahoo.ca.

From what I read on the website, the cake feeds 10 people on the free wedding package so I wanted to know if it was single or double tiered. In anycase, I plan to email her a picture of the cake I would like and get a quote. I'll let you all know when I get a response.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
