Yadira you pictures are beautiful! Your husband was wayyyyy too excited getting the garter off!! did you guys have the live band for the reception and ceremony?  Michelle
We used the live band for the cocktail hour, for our entrance, for father and brise dance and for our first dance. It wasn't planned like that. When we were making our entrance my husband suggested it it since the trio was already there. Our guests loved it ans I thought it was very original.

Yadira your pictures looks amazing.  Congratulations I hope my wedding is a nice as yours.  Can I ask you about your isle runner?  did they provide it for you? if so how much was it? or did you bring it?  Please let me know I think that runner was so nice I want one.  (hope you don't mind)  :)
You know that the isle runner was a surprise for me. I didn't know they were going to do that and when I saw it, I loved it!! I didn't want the red carpet though, so maybe that's why they used it. I am not sure if it was already included in my package. Check the wedding packages

Yadira, Great, great pics!!!!!! Are your flowers/bouquets from the resort or did u have an outside florist come in??? When picking your bouquets did u have a choice or did they just give you whatever was available? How much was each bouquet? If you don't wanna share publicly, can u PM me?? Thank you so much! :o)
The flowers are from the resort. They give u options. If they don't have the color, they paint the flowers for you. I wanted the flowers to be the same color of my bridesmaids dresses, so I showed my wc the dress, she took a picture of it and next day she had 4 different flowers to choose from all natural flowers. Some were painted and some were natural. My bouquet was included in my package. The bridesmaids' bouquets were $45.00 each.

Yadira is it possible to see your pictures as well? I am a future bride and I am between Dreams and the Hard Rock. I am interested in seeing pictures of how the big day comes out. My email address is [email protected] I wish all you ladies well. My date is set for October 19th and pricing wise, I am trying to see what my best option is. Can you confirm if we are allowed to have outside vendors at the ceremony. I know with a few other resorts, they make you pay a few hundred dollars to let them have access to the premise. I wish you could just use a day pass. Smh. Anyway any insight would be helpful. Thank you Ladies. 😄😄[/quot Were u able to see my pics? I posted a link. I think u have to register to have access, not sure. At dreams u don't have to pay extra you just pay the daypass l, which is $90 if I am not mistaken.

As a photographer couples have not needed to pay a fee for me since I am a guest at the resort ;)

So how long does it take for the WC to confirm a date after you send them back the Excel Spreadsheet confirmation form? I've been waiting and recieved and intial email with all the info, and I filled it out...but haven't heard anything back. Do I wait to hear back before I send my deposit. How do I get the deposit to them, vial mail or over the phone?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
