Trust me, its really great to not have to deal with all the questions and making sure payments are made. As for the $100 per room block, it's applicable to your room so just think of it as paying for your room in advance. I also great rates from her that included roundtrip transportation.

Her information is below:

@yadira, congratulations!!!!!  so happy to hear you had the wedding of your dreams!!

i have a lot of questions too lol.  when you mentioned the rooms, do you think they are small for more than 2 people??  also, did you have any guests bring kids? if they did, how was their experience w/ the resort? i haven't been able to find too much info on that.

for your wedding, did you choose on of their wedding packages or customized it?

& when it came to music choices, why did you not go w/ a DJ? & the DJ that they have in the wedding packages is it the residential DJ that plays @ the disco? lol

oh i would love to see photos too!! :) my email is msvasq@gmail.com

I have lots of beautiful pictures!!! My photographer was HDC and my wedding package included ceremony pictutes, which were also good. We had a symbolic ceremony. As far as tips, I wouldn't pay extra for the dj. I rented the music system and we took our ipod. Like I said previously, the music they have at the resort is not good, so thaks god we decided to go with the ipod than with the dj. For me, it wasn't worth to pay $500 for a dj for 3 hours. I can send you pics if u want. Give me ur email.

I am back!!! I got married on June 26 at The gazebo. It was my dreams wedding. The grounds are beautiful, rooms are not big, but not to small. I was upgraded to a honeymoon suite for free, which was really nice. Honeymoon suites are bigger than the standard jr suite. Deyanira my wedding coordinator was a sweetheart. Service was great!!! The only bad thing I have to point out is that the music at the disco is not that good. I fyou have specific questions, please feel free to ask.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR DREAM WEDDING!!

Did you get your make up done at the Spa? Were they good? Can you send any pics? TorresBonnellyWedding@gmail.com

Thank you and God Bless!

@tcruz my last post didn't load lol.  check out koyalwholesalecom - they also have a YT channel where they post videos of decor ideas... its such a great site for inspiration & I'm considering buying a lot of my things from them (unless i find it cheaper elsewhere)

btw you mentioned renting the votives, what size are they?? $10 seems pretty steep :/

& thanks for sharing the FB and photo sites :) :)

Yadira - One more question. Did you have centerpieces from the resort or did you make your own? I'd love to see pics! Thank you!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
