Hello all,

I've sent an email to Carolina with questions but was thinking that you all could possibly answer faster. Everyone on here has been so helpful.

 

Happy New Year!

I was looking over the ultimate package information last night and had some questions.

1) Is white the only color table linen available? If not what other colors are available?

2) Flowers, are there pictures of various bouquets that I could view?

3) Menu-What is the additional charge to upgrade to the Platinum menu? Is the menu listed on the package information you sent to me up to date? Will there be a menu printed out for the guest?

4) I would like to plan daily excursions for my guest. Is there any information you can send me in reference to this?

5) If I choose an outside photographer/DJ will I have to pay for a daily pass

6) The music trio that is included with the package...when do they actually play and for how long? What type of music do they play?

7) Are the tables for the reception circular or rectangular? Do you have the dimensions and how many they seat?

8) Are we able to choose different dinnerware? If not what color is at the table?

1) Is white the only color table linen available? If not what other colors are available?[Carolina Guzman]  White is the only color we include, but we have different colors available, with an extra price. Please find them attached.

2) Flowers, are there pictures of various bouquets that I could view?[Carolina Guzman]  Please find it attached.

5) If I choose an outside photographer/DJ will I have to pay for a daily pass[Carolina Guzman]  Yes, the fee is U$55.00 per person.

6) The music trio that is included with the package...when do they actually play and for how long? What type of music do they play?[Carolina Guzman]  they play Caribbean music, romantic and happy, most of them in Spanish, they will play for 1 hour.

7) Are the tables for the reception circular or rectangular? Do you have the dimensions and how many they seat? [Carolina Guzman]  the tables for the guests are round, 72 inches wide, can accommodate a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 10. We normally use rectangular long tables for head table.

8) Are we able to choose different dinnerware? If not what color is at the table? [Carolina Guzman] , we include white but you can choose a different color.

Thank you Liss2626 for the pictures. My wedding date is the 3 of November 2012 and I can't wait !!! I still can't believe I am getting married I chose the portofino for my reception and if I'm right, i think you can have up too 40 guests on that terrace. But I am starting to think that I might have more then 40 guests. I know there is an other wedding going on the same date as I so if I do have more then 40, I hope I will be able to choose another spot for the reeption but they might be taken :S
