its about a two day waiting period for them to reply to emails. If you get lucky they will reply in one day.

I have jennifer for a wc, and she was just assigned to me, i had deyanira before, jennifer seems good so far. 

she has been responding to my emails within 2 days and she speaks english very well, and seems like she really knows her stuff.

I have emailed dyanara last week and waiting to hear back.  My wedding is in June, but I had some questions for them about the DJ.  Do they forward her emails to another WC?  I may have to give them a phone call.

I was just wondering if the people at the resort pick your wedding date or if we get a choice??? Also, how early did you guys book?? Can someone please PM me or send me an e-mail at bouchererika@hotmail.com

you send your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of dates. remember you have to be there 3 days before the wedding and the day you arrive doesnt count and either does sundays or holidays. and from there they look at your choices and there availability

Does anyone know if the resort has the web cam availability yet?  I know they were working on it and was just wondering if any recent brides had any current information on this option.

The webcam thing was scrapped because of too many difficulties (per my meeting with Carolina for our wedding last month).  I was kind of bummed, too, but we have the wedding on DVD so I was okay with it.
