Mac #7 is nice but it's A LOT of lash. I would recommend Mac's half lash #20. I am actually wearing them in the picture below. I don;t think you can tell that they are fake, but they are a lot less to manage than a full lash. It gives you that sort of Angelina Jolie eye (very thick towards the outer corner). You also don't feel like the inner corner ispeeling up if you tear up (i always felt like the inside corner of fake lashes comes undone after a couple hours...

that's my number one fake eyelash complaint! I will have to ask about these. Did you purchase them at the MAC counter or do you have to order them on the internet?

*crosses fingers* please say counter.

A co-worker told me about a place called XtremeLashes, I found a location near my work and got semi-lashes put on today..they are really cute. My wedding is 4 weeks away, so I will have to go back to get maintenance done on them. They are supposed to last for up to 2 months if taken care of properly...I can't believe the difference it makes on my appearance though...

I really want to get eyelash extensions, but am afraid. My SIL got them and they came out along with her real lashes! She's actually using some sort of mascara which makes your lashes grow. It's quite pricey but worked for her.

Oh no, that is scary!

I am going to get eyelash extensions in May. I want to test them in advance to make sure I am not allergic, or my eyelashes fall out. I am wondering if a spa place like Burke Williams does them. I need to look into it.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
