Yes. I assemble each page in my PhotoFusion program (make collages, full bleed pages, whatever...) then upload them to SharedInk. On Sharedink's website I can rearrange the pages if I want, but I generally already have that decided before I upload.

Supposedly my slideshow will be done today- that's what he emailed me last night. From previous experience, if he says today, I'm going to count on Wednesday (or so)...Once he has the slideshow done he'll send out my DVD's. I don't think I'll have pics in hand for at least 2-3 more weeks...

How easy is PhotoFusion to use?
It takes a little getting used to, but it's not hard at all. I've never used Photoshop, but from those that have, I've heard PhotoFusion is waayyy easier. Unless you're already good at Photoshop...

Sarah,

Your photobook looks amazing!!! Congratulations! You are very talented! I am sure your family was so happy to receive their photobooks. I will do something similar for my family but I will do a photobook of our pictures from our childhood and of my Dad since he has passed. This will be my gift to everyone!

Thanks for all the tips! I sincerely appreciate them because I will follow your tips!

Take care!

Hey Sarah, how many friends and family are you still helping with photo books? My Publisher has ticked me off and I don't think I want to use them for my wedding book. Plus in all honesty I really little more high end look to the book.

I finished my other books last week- made one in Sharedink for a coworker, and made a MyPublisher book for my brother of his BMT graduation pics. I'm getting ready to start mine, but I don't know where to start! lol

What did MyPublisher do?

I made a memory book of our foster girl that passed away. We ordered two books one for us and one for my MIL. SO I placed my order and within the first hour I canceled it because I found a few more pictures I wanted to use, received the confirmation number and all. So I upload the book again with the updates I made, after a few days I get an email that said they were having problems with the upload process and that I need to upload it again. So I did. (this made three times of my uploading the book, two of which were canceled or never loaded correctly) Well I get a set of books in, WRONG ONES.. it was the ones that were from the canceled order, then the next day I get two more orders in, one that was the one that wasn't uploaded and the actual one I should have gotten. I have emailed them countless times about the error and they still don't get it. I'm still working out the billing issues with them, and now I have 6 books. (course I wouldn't care if It was a wedding book cause that would have been nice) So it's an ongoing issue that they still haven't corrected.

They charged me for two sets of books (so far) and they said they would issue credit for one of them. I'm waiting on my next statement to see what I was billed for. I guess I could call, but I'm so tired of dealing with this that I need a break.

Edited to say... OK I checked my statement and yes I was charged for ALL of the books, so I just got done sending them yet another email. UGH..smile105.gif

Wow beautiful book, I will for sure be buying the software to try and work with it..I have the trial version at work now and I do use photoshop CS2, which is not userfriendly..

Anyway, just wanted to comment on what a fantastic job you did, I am super impressed~

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
