Thanks, but I don't think I could deal with bridezillas. I might do some photo stuff on the side after my wedding, but nothing big. I'm getting a phd in genetics so after all this time in school I really need to do something in science :) But, I find I'd rather be photoshopping wedding stuff than thinking about science lately.

How is your brochure coming along?

I got the backgrounds erased from behind my logo & map. I used magic eraser in photoshop. The problem i was running into before was that the background would reappear in photoshop. I finally just left it all in photoshop.

mine are still in first stages...back where you started! lol. Though, I actually sent them to by FI to look at (he's a geologist, so is in the field up north for 3 months right now..) Anyway, he LOVED them! <grins> He is really impressed with the layout you created! So, now I am trying to get some ideas of excursions for my guests...and, yah, having fun playing around with your template!! Got any more? (laughs) I keep watching your blog site...to see what you started!

AND....i created my own blog site too! Not much on there yet...but, maybe as I progress. I have to remind myself....my wedding isn't until December! I have LOTS of time! I don't need to send brochures out until....oh...April! <laughs> I want to do everything NOW!!!!

I can upload a template with that background, but you'd have to make all your text fit in the light squares. I made a step by step guide of how to do this so you can use your own picture and the right sized boxes.

Everything looks amazing!
I think I spent more time on the step by step guide then I spent make the brochure. OK, not really but thats just because I've spent a ridiculous amount of time making this brochure.

I'd like to see it. Do you mind posting it?

I think I'm about to order it. I'm so tired of looking at it! I found a little typo (left out the $ sign) but I just don't want to fix it. For some reason it's not that easy to fix. Oh well, they will get it. I am really ready to check this project off my list.

I still need to make a meet the guests brochure, a welcome brochure, and maybe one of things to do in riviera maya. That might go along with the welcome brochure. haven't decided. But, if vista print will keep giving me free brochures, I'll keep making them.

Oh, & I still have my programs to make. The projects never end. Once I think I'm done, I get inspired by something I see on the forum.

well, when and if you create your brochures for your guest lists, welcome letter and things to do in Mayan, let us know!!! Would LOVE to see them too!!

You might want to include something about customs in your brochure. What people can bring back!

Also...you COULD print your brochures off yourself. Just use a printer setting that prints on both side on cardstock or heavier paper.
