Married or going to be married at Grand Palladium Punta Cana?

Recommended Posts

LOL!!!!!!!!

I wish I thought I was going to be like that too. But time just slipt out of my fingers, especially with the time change, completely through my off my rocker!!

I just email Carolina actually asking her, if the DJ accepts Ipods to play for our special songs (first dance, garter/bouquet toss) or just cd.

And for the ceremony music, if there is someone that can play our music, as suppos to getting one of my guest to do it. I really just want them to sit and enjoy. Not to have to give them a task, you know!!

Sand ceremony is something you would decided to do, and buy the kit and sand and do it yourself.
It's exactly like the candle but instead ppl now and days are doing sand ceremony, this way it can be kept for all of your life, and it's a pretty deceroation. There is a meaning to it. You can a vase with a coloured sand, and your new husnand has a vase and different coloured sand, the person who will be doing your reading (you pick the person) will also have a coloured sand (I choose to have Punta Cana sand) the reading person puts their sand down first as the base. Then the wedding couple pour the sands in together, each sand stands for your own life, but when you poured the sands together it's suppose to mean both lifes have been put together, and never can be sepreated like the grains of sand.

................

Pls let me know if you still don't understand, I am sure I can find another way to explain it!
Thanks so much for the explanation! It makes perfect sense now! :) And including the reading your SIL will do was especially great. That will be a beautiful part of your ceremony!

If so.. then go for the welcome beach party if it's in your budged.
Well I am def not sure about cancellation policy as you only pay when you get there, and there is no contract. You'd best ask Carolina or your TA if your working with one.

Yeah we both have big families and plenty of friends. And our friends know we know how to party...LOL SO we believe we are looking at at least that amount.

Yup, eating and partying at Jellyfish until the wee hours of the morning. Mayte says my date is currently avail I'm just waiting for April so that I can confirm my date with Carolina for July 2011. I'm hoping it won't be a problem since we are purchasing the vow renewal package (doing the do the week before we leave and not telling anyone). We have a friend who will do our symbolic ceremony. From what I've read thus far the main problem with wedding dates and times are the judges' schedules.

Carribean Lover: go to the website renovaspa and choose our resort... they have a price list for EVERY service they provide, and i think it is just a standard rate... they also have rates for trials that can be done 2-3 days befor the wedding... at an added cost... if you are in canada you will have to pay through paypal, as it seemed credit cards were only set up for american payments... very quick reply's from the spa.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
