So happy your job today went well and you like it. your so right.. cause all day all I think about is wedding and it's starting to drive me nuts... I don't even sleep well anymore!! FI is on the couch most nights now cause I toss and turn way to much!!!

 

I ask Carolina the same question about the Dj... she said he does have an Ipod docking system, however to bring cd's of the music as a back up.. her exact words 'as you never know what can happen'

So that's exactly what I'm doing.

How much was it for the guitar player? and how long you have him for?

 

Silk flower.. I have no idea... but why not just get a flower from the resort... they charge $5 for hair flower

well the marathon went better than expected....I ran 30K in 3 hrs and 5 min......not too bad for my first, lol. I'm a very sore girl today though!!! I'm pretty much done everything....I'm getting a color put in on the 10th to give it super shine, my shower is that afternoon!!! Maybe my bachlorette that night, who knows!!! My oot bags are done, my kids clothes and shoes and all are ready to be put in a suitcase, I just have to pick out a hair style....does anybody have a good website so I can go though hair styles Is anyone bringing there own decorations for the wedding

I'm bringing my own centerpieces, my MIL is bringing them down for me. they are glass vases from bed bath and beyond with shells on the bottom and a candle on top. I would post a link, but i don't think you can purchase them anymore.

Good for you, again I could never do that, you must be in great shape!!!!

For the hairstyle I just goggled 'brides hair for beach' and tons and tons popped up. I'd just do that.

I totally admire you for being all done!!! I'm so not and I leave in 10 days 14 hours! lol.. panicking a tad!!!

 

I'm also bring my own flower centerpiece, with seashell candle holders (Candle) around them as well as the 'beach' wedding cameras. I'll go with whatever table cloth they have!

For the ceremony I am not bring anything (I don't think we really need to, She has everything) and again for the beach party, it gets decorated with tables, torches.

 

LOL Steph, I'm with you on handing most of my wedding things out to guest.

Congrats Shankd! That's awesome! I soooo envy anyone that can run...I'm carrying some big boobs around haha so hate to run! I did booty camp in Whitby for 8 weeks and have been working with the trainer on the side now for a few weeks. I've lost 12 inches all over - mostly in my waist and hips but still feel like I'll look like a beached whale! I'm a size 12 so compared to most of you who were saying you're sizes 2 and 4 - wow - I'm so envious! I think the last time I was a 4 was when I WAS 4 years old! haha Anyway, at least I feel fantastic in my wedding dress and am really excited for Andrew to see me in it. I hope he cries...haha isn't that every woman's dream? hehe

 

Has anyone written their own vows? We decided we wanted to do that but now with 2 weeks to go and neither of us having started I'm starting to stress. Are there coles notes for that kind of thing? haha

I still don't know how most of you are managing to bring down so many extra's, we fly with SunWing and are allowed at total weight of 25kg per person... so for a compulsive packer like me that is pretty lite... and i am not prepared to pay the rediculous added charge for extra weight...

 

I am trying not to stress, rather be excited, but it is so close and i want everything to go smooth... i am stressing on forgetting something.......

 

How is everyone else feeling?

Thats what I'm sayin!! Were flying with Sunwing as well and it says on our e tickets its an extra $20 per kilo, thats 2.2 lbs!!! That adds up quick, I'm not bringing any extras at all.

Is that the same bootcamp with Natalie?? A few guys I work with are doing that same thing, and want to try it!!! They've lost so much weight......I read somewhere there's a free bootcamp this friday, just 20 bucks for breast cancer reshearch...I'm thinking bout going. Is the workout really that good

I am traveling Sunwing too and today I have been shifting things among suitcases! Trying to fit the Welcome bags in. I had to remove the metal water bottles we are giving everyone because if the bag can't lay flat I can hardly fit them in the suitcase! My sister is coming for Easter dinner this weekend so I think she will be taking her welcome bag and the bags for her kids. She may also carry a few others for us because we will be way over the weight limit... after all... we have to think of all those shoes!!! Yikes!

It was me looking for a seashell for the rings. My sister had 2 -- they are small but I think they will be fine. Thanks for posting the photo though! OMG... I don't know about you but I have a list of things left to do and although I have been super busy, not much has been crossed off! UGH! Oh well.. we'll get there. To top it off 15 people are coming for dinner Saturday for Easter. But thats always fun so I guess I will be swamped on Sunday and Monday! On Tuesday, I have a spa appointment (gift from my wedding shower), a tanning session and having my hair coloured and higlighted in the afternoon. We leave at 3 a.m. Wednesday morning! So i guess we just won't go to bed on Tuesday... what's the point anyhow... we are off to get married girls! Yee haw! Can't wait... but so much to do.. but can't wait.. but boy there's a lot to do... like music.. music would be good. I better make sure i can burn cds on my laptop... mama!!
