Married or going to be married at Grand Palladium Punta Cana?

Recommended Posts

Hey DW brides,

I have been having problems with my log in on this website so i haven't been keeping up to date much.

Thanks Seaprincess, your pics are great and awesome for putting everything into perspective.

What photographer did you use? I have tried contacting photsouvenir and Michael weiler but they are both booked.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks Nonnie for sending me the pics from the hotel photographer. I am not sure if I want to go with them, but it may be my only option. Do we need to book the hotel photographer in advance as well?

So, I was planning on having the wedding in the gazebo, but I am thinking about the beach now. The pics are so pretty on the beach. Does anyone know what the new gazebo is like? Any pics of it?

Hmm, music. I haven't even thought that far. I am so glad to have this forum because it gets me thinking about things. I just finished my teaching certificate last week and have been in school full-time for the last year so now I can start focusing on the wedding.

Military Mrs. To Be, I am sorry to hear everything is changing on you. It will all work out I am sure. I am so relieved I have a date booked now that you say April is all booked up. Stay positive, it sounds like Carolina knows what she's doing.

Hey guys!! I'm getting married here as well April 13 2010. I see one bride I'm getting married only 2 days before. I'm so happy to have found this site. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful pictures. My idea was always to get married on the beach, unless weather do not premitt.

Funny I just e-mail carolina yesterday, asking her about my first dance, and where will I be able to do it. Thank you for answering my question.

-You brought your own music for your first dance?

-Where you able to do father/daughter dance? bouquet and garter toss?

Thanks so much, Tracy

You don't need to book the resort photog in advance, you figure stuff out when you get there, which is another reason I am using him

Hmm, I just assumed first dance would be us going to one of the Discos, but it seems we can do that at La Uva. Awesome!! I guess I need to pick some music

I hope my Fiance did not take me seriously when I joked that he could pick a heavy metal song for the ceremony...

We are staying in the Punta Cana side as well :) Carolina wouldn't confirm a time for me :S urghhh..... She doesn't really confrim anything for me!! Its annoying, but I know she is really really busy. I think we are going with the gazebo, its more private and it overlooks the ocean, but Mr. really has his heart set on the beach though, so that could change.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
