Married or going to be married at Grand Palladium Punta Cana?

Recommended Posts

I still don't get it!!! I sent her a e-mail back but never got a reply.

Is the reservation # the confirmation #?

All my guest booked on their own so I'm in the process of getting of hold of the guest and getting their # but I have to make sure what # I'm asking for lol.

I also get the e-mail btw (duh)

Plus I am still waiting for guest to book in the next 2 weeks. I also mention this to her.

I guess I'll wait and see. But if you guys can let me know if it's the confirmation # that'd be great.

my TA received that e-mail yesterday along with our full legal name....Whathuh.gif doesn't matter.....I've sent her e-mails but she hasn't answered it yet...I'm now wondering if I had the right e-mail address...can someone confirm Carolina's address for mehuh.gif?

What I do for the ear popping is take some kind of anti-hispamine, such as Aerius, or Clarityn Allergy (non sedating).....these help drain the sinua area....hope it helps

Thanks gals, So I should email my TA and ask for a reservation number for our group? And yeah, she wants our full names. huh.gif

Also, for popping ears, ask your flight attendant for "hot cups" I think their called, on my last flight to the DR they were giving them out to people with ear issues :) Its just styrofoam cups with hot wet paper towels I think, and its suppose to make the pressure better for your ears?? Not sure if they work, but all my clients talk about them as well :)

Danielle,

(wedding.bavaro@fiestahotelgroup.com) That's the e-mail add I've be sending my e-mails and this is the one she sent me an e-mail from yesterday.

I think I'll just get the confirmation # from my guest and call it a day! should be good enough!

A lot of those things Danielle you suggest I can't take because of my crohn's sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif

But I do the sudafed which hardly helps, then I also pop a gravel to help with the nausea. I'll def ask for the cups tho thanks for the suggestion Courtney!!

Who is everyone flying with?

Girls,
Now you have me worried... Caroline has never asked for this info. I will have to ask out TA as she is the one doing most of the corresponding with the hotel. Hopefully my TA sent it all to her. Yikes!

I did not get a good one -- haha but I'll spare you my horror stories on that issue.

I'm currently looking for a seamstress becase my dress is HUGE and I need to get it altered in a bunch of places - but I haven't found anyone decent here yet. I called one lady today, but she was really rude on the phone sad.gif So I'm back to square one.

Aww I am sorry to hear about not having a good TA and not being able to find a seamstress, I am sure you'll find one in due time. I had the same problem. Bought my TTD that was a size 12, in wedding I'm a 6.. so it was a big job but found someone to do it for $90.

Good luck, you'll get there!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
