Thanks tracy...I keep trying, but I can't find anything either. I'm just baffled. I'm hoping that maybe as time gets closer they will get cancellations? I emailed carolina last night but haven't heard anything yet. I'm just trying to stay positive....thank you girls of bdw!

I am very hopeful they will realize they need to buy more packages.. hopefully closer to the time like you said.

I also e-mail Carolina a few days ago, to see how I should send the copy's of our document for the legal ceremony.. still no reply.

I am so sorry to hear the news of you both - I cannot imagine how upset you must be. But, keep your heads up and don't let it get you down - things can change on a dime, so hopefully people will cancel or some other arrangement can be made! I hope for you both.

I put a deposit on my LOC for a total of 30 guests back in June to hold rooms for the Palladium, and had all my guests confirm before November- if I recall my TA informed me in Aug. that SunWing and SunQuest had put the hotel on a stop-sale due to packages selling out- so I really pushed people to book then... and again recently after a release of new seats...

we have 5 guests that couldn't book until last minute, and they can no longer come because they can not get the week, or even close to the week the other guests will be there, and do not want to stay alone on another resort- which is understandable : (

I did the same thing, put deposits for a certain amount of guests in June, and my TA had said that if not all seats were spoken for the remaining deposits would go to reduce my final payment- although we had to pay in full by the EBB in Nov, I am not sure this would be an option, but if you havn't already paid for your trip it is worth to ask.

I didn't do that because our guest weren't sure if they could come until after the xmas holiday's.. and we personally couldn't afford deposit for 20 guest

SO now it's up to them.

I have 9 booked so far! and I am being hopeful tour operator's will buy more packages,
