      Thanks for sharing the recipe for the sweet potatoes. I'm always buying the McCain ones but they are so expensive!

          I made these tonight, but mixed in white potatoes too. I slightly overcooked them so they were nice and crunchy. Served with ketchup, and yummmm. I will be making these again!

            I like the McCain ones too!  I'm glad they've gotten popular at restaurants now too :)

                Have any of you tried using one of the T-Fal actifry's? I'm so tempted to purchase one (or wait and add it to our registry). You get the effects of deep-fried food, but only uses 1tbsp of oil!
