    That's great! Don't use the scale to measure, I think its better to measure on how loose your pants get and sounds like you're doing really well! Keep up the good work.

      congrats Tami...i missed this earlier...

      I agree with the tv's on the machine at the gym. Mine has them and it's a life saver! :)

          Oh, I never even thought about downloading shows to my iPod. I always just put in a Cardio playlist ... but I have video iPod, so I can do this!!! My gym doesn't have the little TV's, so that's kind of a bummer ... but I can at least download some shows or movies! Thanks for the tip!!!

          That is great! FH is in totally awesome shape ... me, I've got some work to do before April. I actually slacked yesterday ... went to the gym but only did the elliptical for like 20 minutes, then did some ab work and went home. I guess some is better than nothing but this is going to be a SUPER busy week and I didn't need to backslide for that one day...
