Question..ROR ceremony music

Hi everyone.

We are getting married at ROR Jan.2009. I have a song that I want played when the groomsmen and bridesmaids walk down the aisle, a different song for when I walk down the aisle and yet another different song after they pronounce us husband and wife. Is this possible for the beach gazebo ceremony? Who runs the music during the ceremony? Do you have to bring your own CD player for the ceremony? How does the music sound on the beach?

I know its alot of questions I'm just really set on the songs I would like played at the ceremony. I would like to know if its possible or too complicated for who ever is in charge of the music( I'm sure someone in our group wouldnt mind running the music)

If anyone can help I would really, really appreciate it

thanks

I'm planning to use recorded music for the ceremony and to keep it simple i'm putting only one song each CD and labeling what it is. So 1 cd will have song for BM entrance, then 1 cd with song for my entrance, 1 cd for song for our walk back down the aisle, and then one cd with the song for our first dance that we will do in the gazebo.

Good idea... I think that will make it easy for whoever running it to understand so nothing will get mixed up and you will have the right song at the right time.

When do you plan on doing your first dance at the gazebo? After the ceremony... or after dinner?

I had my music on a cd. I just put them in order. Then at our meeting gave chandlyn a list. She does the music herself. It sounded awesome. Perfect volume. I also played multiple songs and it was fine. When she left when we took pictures she put them on shuffle and they all played.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
