amy - what font is that? it is BEAUTIFUL!

my only change would be on the RSVP cards - instead of "We have ___ seats reserved for you"

i was thinking "Please reserve ____ seats for us" since technically the rsvp card is coming from the guests to you

Thanks Alyssa, I attached the fonts on pg 2, I belive. They are Episode I, Helinda Rook and Carpenter.
The reason we stated "We have..." is because we don't want ppl adding more ppl than we intended. i.e. some of my parents friends have grown children and we are only inteding to invite 2 (the couple, not their children).

They look great Amy!

SUCH a good idea to have the guests indicate who wants what meal ... we just did the standard "indicate your dinner selection(s)" and since I'm doing personalized menus ... I'm having to find out from couples exactly who wants what ... You're such a smarty! :) (and, I think it's perfect how you've handled the problem of unexpected numbers showing up ...)

I would only change the part in the spanish version were it says:

"Si atenderemos", to "Si iremos" or "Si los acompañaremos"

or something like that.. I think "atender" is not frequently used..
Thanks Anny!!! I knew the line sounded funny and NO ONE in my family could help me, lol!

That was exactly what I was trying to avoid! I'm sure I'll still get ppl confused about how to fill it out, lol. And we are VERY worried about unexpected guests. Ppl are unbelievable. I was at a family get together and some long lost cousin approached me and said he and his wife were so excited about going to PV, they already have their room! Hans turned to me and was like who is that??

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
