Should I buy it??

Recommended Posts

SO......I already have one dress - when I bought it I was going for the whole "beach wedding" type but now we are getting married in the gazebo at Moon Palace and I found this other dress that I LOVE!! But I am scared of buying it w/o trying it on first - When I saw it though I got that *feeling*!! It is all I can think about!! ARGHHHHHHH!!!!!

It's very pretty!

Do you not like your first dress anymore? I am getting married in the gazebo as well, and don't think location makes any difference when it comes to picking a dress.

So, if this dress is "the one" I say go for it.

You can always sell the other, use it for a TTD session, etc.

I think if it's in your budget and you feel good about how it may fit on you, then go for it. You could always use one for a trash the dress or at home reception, or re-sell on ebay.

The link didn't work for me but I think I found it just searching for Candace, it's very pretty and I think would be flattering.

My experience was that I saw dresses online and thought they would look stunning but I either looked like I was going to my first communion or "cheap". I guess I would encourage you to go try it on before making a big step. FYI- I can't get the page to load so I have no clue what it looks like.

I agree with Tami. I bought a heavily beaded and lace fancy dress that is totally not what you'd think for a beach wedding. But I would've bought it no matte where I was getting married, cuz it was THE dress. So I thnk i fyou alraedy have the dress, no need to purchase another. However, I do think the dress totally makes the bride feel like a bride and if you aren't happy, you def need to explore other options.

I'm a 2 dress bride... so I'm all for changing your mind if you find "the one." But I really think you should find a store that carries this dress. It's so hard to order online without knowing how it looks on you.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
