MIAMI (April XX, 2013) - Karisma Hotels & Resorts, the creator of the unique Gourmet Inclusive® concept, is pleased to announce the introduction of a new, game-changing brand of upscale resorts, Generations Resorts by Karisma, which is slated to debut in June 2013. It is the latest addition to its premier collection of 12 properties comprised of El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels and Azul Hotels & Villas by Karisma. Generations Resorts by Karisma will exclusively feature all-suite accommodations with unlimited nanny and butler service, as well as the signature Gourmet Inclusive experience, including gourmet à la carte meals, premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and 24-hour room service. Under this new brand, Karisma Hotels & Resorts will unveil two all-suite resorts, Generations Maroma, formerly debuted as El Dorado Generations Maroma in August 2012, and Generations Riviera Maya, opening in November 2013. Each property in the Generations Resorts by Karisma collection will exclusively offer oversized suites with living areas, providing guests with a comfortable setting that fosters togetherness with the option of adjoining other suites or converting into two or three-bedroom apartments to accommodate large groups. 

Generations Resorts by Karisma will provide unmatched personal service from booking to departure, beginning with an online advance selection to ensure that guests' personal dining preferences are immediately available upon arrival. Offering the ultimate in convenience, butler service will offer guests in-room check in, luggage unpacking services, and a complimentary steam of guests' first five pieces of clothing. Throughout guests' visit, personal and beach butlers attend to every aspect of the vacation so guests don't have to, including booking dinner reservations and spa treatments, serving family style meals in-suite, and delivering lunch, sunscreen and reading materials to the pool or beachside. 

Offering unlimited all-inclusive nanny service, Generations Resorts by Karisma will allow parents to relax knowing that their little ones are in the caring hands of a team of certified childcare professionals. For children, Generations Resorts by Karisma will feature Eko Kids Clubs featuring supervised activities for kids aged 4 to 12 years showcasing fun and educational activities with an environmentally-friendly twist. Each kids club will include a movie area, craft station, library, gaming consoles, and more. For infants and toddlers, Baby Beach Lounges will provide a shady respite from the sun complete with toys and nanny service, so that adults can enjoy some quiet beach time.

Generations Maroma
A 30-suite boutique hotel situated on one of the Travel Channel's Top Ten Beaches in the World, Generations Maroma will be repositioned as part of the Generations Resorts brand in June 2013. Offering the personalized services and amenities of a luxury hotel on an intimate scale, guests can choose from 17 room categories and enjoy unlimited 24-hour nanny and butler service, as well as personal beach butlers for adults and kids. A private area on the world-famous Maroma Beach will be reserved for nannies and children, allowing parents to enjoy quiet seaside relaxation in addition to family time. The beachfront Gourmet Inclusive hotel boasts Chakay Restaurant and Swim-Up Bar, a rooftop Sunset Bar, and a beautiful pool and lounge chairs. 

Generations Maroma guests aged 16 and over may also use the spectacular amenities located at the adjacent adults-only El Dorado Maroma, A Beachfront Resort, by Karisma, including four restaurants serving fresh, seasonal cuisine, three lively bars, and award-winning N'aay Spa, featuring spa treatments of the Mayan tradition. Guests will also discover an array of stimulating activities at the nearby Marina Maroma Paradise. A sports lover's dream, the Marina offers sport fishing, snorkeling, diving, kayaking and sailing.

Generations Riviera Maya
Slated to open in November 2013, Generations Riviera Maya is currently under construction on a secluded beach only steps from El Dorado Casitas Royale, in the heart of the Riviera Maya, facing the beautiful Mexican Caribbean. Featuring 144 luxuriously appointed suites, Generations Riviera Maya will offer a luxury Gourmet Inclusive experience with resort-wide, 24-hour personal butler and nanny service. 

As part of the Gourmet Inclusive experience, Generations Riviera Maya will invite guests to experience à la carte tastes near and far at any of its four restaurants and two lounges, including casual, shared fare at Chef Market, traditional Mexican "street" style cuisine and tableside games at Palapa Bar & Restaurant, cozy, family-style Pan-Asian cuisine at China Table, a fresh Mediterranean menu at Habb, and gourmet chocolate bites at Cacao Lobby Lounge. Come November, guests will relax and refresh in the sun at the resorts' oversized pool and swim-up bar, Swell Bar & Lounge, with additional amenities to follow.

Reservations at Generations Maroma are available for immediate booking, with rates starting at $409, per person, per night for 2013, based on double occupancy. Bookings for Generations Riviera Maya will begin on June 1 or stays starting November 1, 2013. With the Early Booking Bonus, guests can enjoy savings at up to 30 percent off regular bookings made by May 30, 2013.
