Hey everyone!

We finished our invitations last night, and I thought I would post them to share! We are just waiting for our personalized stamps to arrive and then they will be going in the mail. eeeek, so excited!!!

This is a travel insert with just some basic general info about the resort and Mexico for those that haven't been. We put a lot more detailed info on our website.

And, here is the finished envelope with mailing labels.

The travel inserts, RSVP's, invitations, return mailing labels and QR code cards were all ordered through Vistaprint. I designed everything myself but I used their floral pattern template. Including a Groupon I purchased and use of free links, all our Vistaprint stuff came to around $48.

The pocketfolds, envelopes and green colored paper were all ordered from envelopes.com. I was contemplating making the pocketfolds from cardstock, but with being in school full-time and working part-time, I thought that it might take too long. For 60 pocket folds, 100 sheets of paper, and 100 envelopes it cost us around $80.

The mailing labels I made myself using Word and just printed them on full sheet sticker paper and cut them out.

The belly bands were made by myself in Word and printed on regular printer paper.

All in all for 60 invites (and lots of leftover supplies) we spent around $140.

Liz :)

Hi Ashleigh!!

I don't think they have names, but here's the link to the postcard:

They also have a matching image (search under their images for 'green flower' and you should be able to find it), which is what I used for the invite. I just created the back of the RSVP myself on Word and saved it as an image and uploaded it. I did the same for the wording on the invites and then just added the vistaprint image along the side.

Ok, for some reason the link is not working properly... If you go under the postcard section under marketing materials, and search for "green flower", it comes up on the first page!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
