Hello BDW Brides & Grooms,

 

BestDestinationWedding.com & Wright Travel Agency are excited to present a wedding webinar for The Beloved (La Amada) & Excellence Resorts in Mexico.
 
Nayeli Ugarte & Carlos Canino from The Beloved & Excellence Resorts, will be a panelists and will give a presentation as well as be on hand for a Q & A session.
 
Wendy HicksI will also be a panelist to answer your travel questions about rates, group blocks vs. individual packages, etc.
 
This is a great opportunity for current The Beloved & Excellence Resorts brides and grooms or those considering the venues for the wedding location to get your questions answered. 
 
All that attend the webinar and get married at The Beloved & Excellence Resorts will receive:
  • A bottle of Sparkling Wine and fruit platter at check-in.
 
Also, if you book your wedding trip, honeymoon or wedding group with Wright Travel Agency (you can see our Reviews on our Agency Page), you will get up to a $100 VISA or Mastercard Giftcard* as a thank you for using WTA!
 
When you register for the webinar, it is important that you post as accurate information as possible.  We will use the registration and attendance list to verify who gets the extra amenities, gifts.
 
If you have any questions you want answered, post them in this thread so I can send them to the wedding department before the the webinar date.
 
Also, post in this thread as well if you are interested in joining just in case your registration does not go through.

 

* To qualify for a $100 giftcard your wedding group needs to be a minimum of 10 rooms booked through WTA.  If you book your wedding trip & honeymoon trip with WTA but do not book the 10 room minimum you will get a $50 giftcard.  Giftcards will be sent AFTER your rooms have been booked, paid in full, and traveled.

I will be attending the webinar & here are the questions that I have so far...

- What do we do if it rains? (We are booked at the Spice Terrace which is outside) - How many seats can fit in the gazebo? - For our cocktail hour can we have one of the special monkey drinks made as a surprise for everyone?(25 guests) - Do I have to bring flowers if we want the cake decorated with them(docs say we do)? - Do I choose the cake when we get there? - Is there a taste testing before the wedding? - Is there a rehearsal for the ceremony the day before? If so, what time & who organizes this? - Who puts out all my items? (place settings, chair sashes, maracas) - Can we use the same chair sashes(I am bringing) for the ceremony and reception? (who sets them up?) - Do I leave the items I bought there or assign someone to collect them after or will the WC do this for me? - Do we keep the centerpieces? - After our ceremony can I reserve seats for the theater for the Micahel Jackson show for all my guests to sit together?

Thanks Sharon99! These are great quetions and some of the ones I wanted to know. I have to work during the webinar and I am having my fiance do this.. I am sure I will be asking the other EPM brides  that listen in a few questions! haha

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
