I am looking for new things to do with my free items from Vista Print. I thought it would be really nice for everyone to post their stuff all in one place, so people new to VistaPrint can get some ideas.

Please post anything you have made with VistaPrint.

OK I've done a lot thru vistaprint but don't have pics of all of it yet b/c some projects aren't finished but here is what I have so far...

luggage tags with vistaprint business cards Click the image to open in full size.

labels for my hand sanitizer that say "share your love, not your germs" with vistaprint address labels

I'm also going to do chapstick labels with the vistaprint address labels, they are bigger than chapstick tho so don't fill the whole line thing with an image just center one so you can cut it and I am made labels for eyeglass cleaner with vistaprint address labels so people will know to use them to clean their sunglasses (they are on their way so I can take a pic when I get them)

Door hangers (not finished yet but here is the beginning) what you do is use a vistaprint broucher and copy the same image to all 3 panels on the front then the same on the back for whatever you want to say on the back, they are kinda flimsy so I'm going to laminate them and then hole punch them

Photoshare cards with vistaprint business cards

Guestbook, I made postcards and will have the guests send one back to me for my postcard, also made directions for this with vistaprint business cards

I'm starting to make passport invitations with vistaprint postcards for the cover/1st and last page, and vistaprint flyers for the inner pages, it is a little tricky to make them the right size so I had to reorder my covers and I have another page coming, but this is what I have so far Click the image to open in full size. The best "vistaprint advice" is when you can use advanced editing you can replace an image and search the vistaprint image library for whatever image you are looking for.. it beats uploading an image which costs extra... other advice, sign up for the emails or go to vistaprint.com/boxdeals and you get this stuff for free, you just have to pay for shipping, choose the longest shipping time, you will always get it sooner than expected. Feel free to ask my any questions as I have obviously played with the site a lot.

I made postcards that I am going to give out to guests in the OOT bags. I also used the rack cards to print welcome letters. I will post a picture later, but the rack cards look really nice - they are a thicker paper and glossy. I am going to use the rack cards as menus and programs - working on that now. The free offer for rack cards expires March 31 so I'm trying to get it done by then..

Before the wedding, I am going to send out "reminder" postcards with details of the other wedding events - I thought that would be a nice touch to get people excited about the wedding - and not as expensive as a whole welcome packet..

I made my STDs using their larger magnet (really simple before I knew how to upload a design from powerpoint) - it just had our picture from that summer at the beach, our names, wedding date, and location.

I made our AHR invites using the oversized postcard and a powerpoint design.

I made the design for one of my shower invites for a friend who isn't as computer skilled on the regular sized postcard (which was great because they matched the whole idea of the wedding, simple with a conch shell design).

I made our Thank You card using our logo, very simple, on the regular sized post card.

I made shower invite inserts using the business cards so my hostesses had it fairly easy; they just said "Tara and Josh are registered at Target and Bed Bath and Beyond." Simple is the name of my game.

I'm going to make the welcome letter for our OOT bags using the oversized postcard as well.

I love Vista Print; but watch out clicking things on their site because you can magically enter yourself into a scam of $14.95 each month. I got it worked out and all the money back, but just be cautious.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
