Since the first email we sent him just inquiring about pricing and his availability, he was efficient, quick to reply and one of the most personable individuals we've met! We hired him immediately, and knew we had nothing to worry about. We could trust and depend on Gonzalo to do an amazing job, and that he did! He understood who we are and what we wanted for our Wedding Day, and as far as his quality of photos go, OUTSTANDING! (: During the day of the Wedding, he was there when we needed him, I was having a Bridezilla Meltdown as he entered my suite, but he came in, did his thing and the day went perfectly!
