My husband and I loved working with Patty and Kristen. They are extremely responsive, kind, and professional. I found them on BDW after having a bad experience with a travel agent from another company who would rarely return my emails and phone calls and was very slow to contact resorts on my behalf. Patty and Kristen were able to match the rate offered by my initial travel agent while providing top-notch service! All of our guests raved about how great they were to work with. They are easy to reach via phone or email and work very hard (often around the clock) to make sure everything goes smoothly and to eliminate stress for the bride and groom.

We had a 60+ person wedding in the DR, including some people who had never left the country alone. Patty and Kristen made everyone feel comfortable with travelling by sending detailed travel information and answering questions. They also kept us posted on our guests' flight arrangements and bookings so we could plan accordingly. Patty and Kristen were awesome about following up with guests, which we really appreciated. They were extremely patient with our large and sometimes high maintenance group! They also helped secure refunds for guests who had purchased travel insurance and ended up not being able to make the wedding at the last minute.
