From the start of our booking process everything was easy, fast and efficient. Micheal was very quick to respond to emails as we communicated in the months before the wedding. Once we arrived in Dominican Michael quickly arranged the final details. On the day of the wedding Michael arrived an hour and a half early!!!!! This worked out really well as we were able to get shots of all the bridesmaids and myself getting our hair and makeup done. Michael also played the role of translator for me as some of the spa workers were having difficulty understanding my hair and makeup requests. He made sure they fully understood what I wanted. As we started to get ready, Michael went to work snapping pictures without us even noticing. This made for excellent candid pictures. Micheal was also excellent at making everyone feel at ease. My mom does not like getting her picture taken but Micheal made her feel relaxed and at ease. Micheal had everyone laughing and entertained. He made sure he got his shots but also encouraged our family and friends to take pictures as well. Micheal also turned around our pictures in record time! Our wedding was on Saturday and our flight back home was early Monday morning. Michael made sure we had our photos and photobook Sunday evening. He sent us proofs of the photobook the night of the wedding and hand delivered the finished product the next day! We can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Caribbean Emotions and prices were as advertised and promised. We would recommend them to anyone considering having their wedding in Punta Cana.
