TuscanyWedding

I'm flying to Europe for my wedding on a Sunday morning and I'm getting married 6 days later (wedding is on a Saturday, in Tuscany). I've tried gel/shellac nails and I love them, but my nails grow fast...I've done a few trials to test it out, and 6-7 days later my nails look like they've grown a lot and there's a space between my cuticle and the gel, even with a pale color. I don't know what to do. I've googled nail salons in Tuscany but since the area is so rural there is only one salon and the examples of nails on their website is a little scary and circa 1992. We have 2 days of activities planned pre-wedding, so it'll be tough for me to sneak out an get a regular manicure the day before the wedding anyway, even if I do end up finding one. Our venue is a rural, residential farmhouse, not a hotel or anything, so they don't have any places they can suggest. What would you do if you were me? I leave in 2 weeks! Any suggestions are appreciated...
