Hi RachT33, We're at the Dreams Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas. I assumed the same thing since they all would be staying the mininum 3 days. I just wasnt sure and did not want to ask the resort directly and then get charged per vendor on the resort even if they stay on site. Having the vendors off site at a different hotel and paying the vendor fee is cheaper then paying the all-inclusive per person price for each vendor and the fee. I know the resort wont tell me what's best as its in their interest to get more money. My DJ is bringing the basics, and only asked that I give him the details of the sound equipment already provided and will adjust accordingly. Sometimes the resort gives you way more than what you need. Thank you for answering my question. I guess all the Dreams resorts follow the same vendor fee protocol.

Hello Ladies! I'm pretty new to this site and love the information that is passed along and shared!!! Its definitely helping me plan my upcoming wedding at Dreams on April 9, 2016. My question is for previous brides and vendors. With using outside vendors, if your photographer/videographer was staying on site at the Dreams did they still charge you a vendor fee (per person) or was that waived?!? I can understand if the vendor is off site and only there for the day, but other than that, I think it should be waived, no?!? I'm traveling with my wedding planner, photographer and DJ from NYC and this fee is adding significantly!! Any information would greatly help!!
