Riu palace peninsula July 2015!! 60 confirmed guests! Are any of you doing welcome bags? Ideas and pics would be great!

I am getting married at riu palace peninsula july 2015 and we are getting so excited. we will have 60 guests and plan to do the seimi private dinner at the steakhouse. The dinner is not until 845pm so im trying to figure out how we are going to spend the time between the 4pm ceremony and until dinner. i was thinking of doing a cocktail hour and a mariachi band in between. does anyone else have a time plan or ideas. Also ladies please post pics of your shoes!!!! I cant figure out what to wear but I am leaning toward some blinged out sandals!! Thanks!
