We are doing the love at first site visit between 7/25 - 8/1 next year so it'll be a lot easier to picture and pick everything after that. We picked the Olympus Beach location just because of our guest list size. What made you pick Naos beach?? Thank you again!

My head is spinning from reading resort reviews, researching different islands, until finally deciding on Punta Cana (we have been here twice before and LOVE it), but now more factors are coming into play. People are concerned about getting sick because of the water (speaking of this, have any past brides had issues with the water and guests getting sick? This really does make me a little nervous), for example and in any case, I just can't figure out how to choose one resort! Anyway, after my million spreadsheets containing resort ratings, amenities, etc. I think I've narrowed it down to 5 with Paradisus Resorts in the lead at the moment: 1) Paradisus Palma Real and/or Paradisus Punta Cana 2) Iberostar Resorts 3) Now Larimar 4) Riu Resorts 5) Dreams Resorts A few points - a casino was a MUST for the groom and there will be over 100 guests ages 3 to 85! We would like nightlife since a majority of the guests will be between 25-35. I guess my question to you is - how did you pick where you were going to get married? Did anyone go to Punta Cana and just go visit a bunch of resorts? I'm just trying to figure out the best way to go about this. Any help - greatly appreciated because I feel like my head is going to explode....

@@Dolce1125 I did get in touch with them! I'm so happy you loved it! We're 99% sure we're going to be putting a deposit down at the end of this month to reserve 8/19/16 date. Did your guests stay at the Reserve or no? I wasn't sure which was the better option. Also, I'm SO scared of guests getting sick. We've been to Punta Cana twice and we've LOVED it there, but last year we went with family and a lot of them had stomach issues. I'd just be afraid to have that problem since we will most likely have over 100 people attend... did your guests all make out okay?? And do you have any pictures?! I"m so happy to hear from someone that got married there recently!! Congratulations on your marriage!

How much is the fee to upgrade to the Gabi ballroom? Does anyone know?
