I will, thanks. Does the free person include hotel and airfare? I have about 10 kids coming so I wonder if they don't count in the total guest count.

@@TinkerSofi Thanks! I will ask my travel agent and wedding coordinator. I have 36 (including the 2 of us) coming so far. I was only told that I get one free person and no mention about a cocktail party.

Hello, How many guests do you need to get a one free person? Also, how do you get a free cocktail party or private event? Is it based on number of guests? If so, how many? Thanks! I love seeing how organized everyone is so far in advance.

Just as an fyi, the beach gazebo is 2.2 metres high X 3 metres depth and 3 metres length.

Yes, the new brochure prices have increased significantly!! Sigh. How is everyone decorating for your ceremony and reception? I want to bring some decorations with me and some I'll rent off the Lomas site. For example, I was going to bring table runners but it might be less hassle to just rent them at $8US a piece.

@@TinkerSofi Thanks for your response. I am a little behind the planning stages but I'm sure everything will come together soon enough. Where are you doing your ceremony again? The sky deck, right? For both ceremony and reception? I have been waiting to find out more information but it's been taking longer than expected to find out any answers. And that's why this forum has been so helpful.

Hello everyone, I'm so glad I found this forum. I plan to get married in late January and see that everyone seems to be so well organized for a wedding way into 2015. Does anyone know anything about the dinner at Flavors that is complimentary? I'm trying to figure out if I should have a private banquet or just go to Flavors and spend the money elsewhere. Is the Sea Pier gazebo available? How would I plan a beach party after the dinner? Thank you in advance!
