  1. I just started to check out Dollar Tree. I did all of the kids OOT bags with their summer gear from there. I am going to check out their tumblers next! Thanks!
  2. This is going to take forever! LOL. Well I feel by the time I reach 150, I will have the whole wedding planned and "designed". I love all the forums here =0)
  3. We have had the same issue. Luckily so far only 1 person has booked through their personal TA. We put on our wedding site our TA info, also in our invites obviously and I try to send out updates constantlty on the status of our rooms. So I will email out through our site saying "We are getting closer and we are down to 3 available rooms! Book now for only $150 down and have the leisure to make payments through our TA" So basically I am selling my TA and not the resort itself. Then again we only are booking around 20 rooms. So sorry, try not to stress, everything will work out in the end =0)
  4. That seems really high. I haven't seen the price yet since my wedding isn't until next year but our coordinator has told us if we brought our own sashes that would be $1/each to set up (2 sets of chairs) and $4/ea to put a welcome bag in each room and I could bring my own centerpieces, lanterns etc. and it would be a "minimal" cost. Guess I should look into that further! Have you asked to see if there is a maximum for everything to be set up?
  5. Are you going through a travel agent? They should be doing all of the tracking for you and the wedding coordinator at the resort will have the room numbers etc for you =)
  6. We are in the same boat...we can only chose one option. We are going towards the beef side since chicken my Fiancé associates chicken as "cheaper" LOL. I will let him win this one because honestly all the dishes sound amazing!
  7. With a destination wedding its totally do-able! Most resorts have "packages" that are already put together for you =0) Good luck!
  8. OMG thanks for the post! Love all your inspiration and its very similar to mine....but you are way more organized than me! Love the bags, love the cake topper, love the dresses etc! Congrats!
  9. I used Dave and Vanessa's wedding passport invitations and boarding passes for the rsvp cards. They were great! Everyone has raved about how unique and cute they turned out. You can purchase a template for $25.00 and then you can personalize them.
  10. I just purchased 20 from Vista Print for $96.00. I am happy with them, just uploaded my logo and our guest will be able to reuse them for a long time =0)
  11. Help! I have been looking at everyone's OOT bags and they have been so wonderful and I would love to hand something like that out at my January 2015 wedding. However I am not crafty and don't even know where to start. I just ordered bags from Vista print and I am now getting things to put in the bag. I was originally going to create a "hangover kit" but after seeing everyone's "Wedding Week Survival Kit" I am in love with them! Can someone send me a template so I can create the bags? I am far away from my 150 so I cant download them yet =( My email is chrystae@jwfloors.com. TIA and I will post pics once I have everything done =0)
  12. We are getting married at the NOW Sapphire and the previous reviews we read said their photographer isn't great. I honestly didn't think of looking for one outside of the resort and now only have 7 months to find one! Yikes! One bride recommended Jacob (not sure who he is with) and they were already booked. Has anyone used a good photographer that wont break the bank? Also trash the dress..........Would this be on a separate day? I wouldn't want to get all wet on the night of our event, but want to do the shoot! Thanks for any advice ~The stressed bride~
  13. Where did you get your bags? Love them! We are doing the same thing.
