  1. We did a beach BBQ the night before. The food was amazing, it was nice to have everyone together, we had a large group- 47 total, so it was nearly impossible to meet up with everyone in any organized fashion, let alone eat together. it was pricy, around $46/person including tax and gratuity, but I felt that since everyone paid so much to be there for me, it was just a drop in the bucket. If you have a smaller group, less than 20, you would be able to maybe grab two big tables in the buffet area, but I am not sure. I sent him a photo I googled, and also photos of the flowers I wanted (fuschia gerber daisies, fuschia roses and stargazer lilies) and he did the hanging corsages on the arch and flowers for the tables with the same theme. It was all perfect. We had the tres leches cake, sadly, I never tried it It started to rain while we were still dancing as the reception was ending, and never got a chance to eat our piece.
  2. I used the resort florist, the difference in price was about $150 total, and it wasn't worth the hassle for me. You can avoid the outside vendor fee by meeting the outside florist outside the resort, but I just didn't want to worry about that, Juan Carlos did an amazing job with our flowers, and I had no worries, which to me, is worth it.

  5. We did the divine package, after adding the cost of food/cake/open bar, it was over $100/person. We used the tequila terrace for the reception. The seaweed was bad, but didn't detract from the ceremony, it just meant that not many people were swimming, but people used the pool, which is great. Rooms are beautiful, v preferred and not preferred, I would probably get preferred status if I came back because I loved the preferred pool and the other perks. No other weddings happening at the same time near me, could have been someplace else.
  6. We used the resort florist. I debated about this, as I could have saved some money using an outside florist, but in the end, the $200 savings wasn't worth the hassle, out was easier to just trust in the wedding coordinator. I sent him photos of my flower preferences and he ordered the flowers. We used Dj Mannia, who was great.
  7. I just got married at the Now Sapphire several days ago, and as a matter fact I am still here. I just wanted everybody to rest a sure that the wedding was beautiful, and you have made a good decision. Juan Carlos is excellent, and is tireless. I have a full review done under the now Sapphire page if you have any other questions. If you have any other questions, you can always message me.

Everything I hoped for, and more!

Pros: Semi private beach and terrace for a wedding ceremony and reception
Cons: Seaweed on beach/ in ocean
First of all ladies, don't worry, they will do a wonderful job with your wedding. Just relax, and trust in the wedding coordinators. We got married on October 11, 2014. I picked the tequila beach for the ceremony and the tequila Terrace for the reception. We had 47 people including ourselves. I reserved the date in February 2014, and honestly, the hardest part of the process, was initially reserving the date. They are booked up for certain locations and on certain dates for many months and
