How far in advance did everyone start talking about more of the small details with the wedding coordinator? I have our locations and times secured, but I am curious when I should start talking to her more about the other stuff like cake and flowers and possibly photography options.

Has anyone used the onsite photographer. In the package I'm getting I believe it just comes with photography for the ceremony and a little time for some posed pictures. I really wanted a photographer for getting ready pictures, ceremony, and reception. The onsite photographer is pretty pricey for more time so I am curious what everyone else has done. Thanks!

Has anyone used a JAMBOX for their ceremony or reception? We have a small group so I think it might be a good option for us to bring instead of spending $800 dollars for a peaker system or a dj. Also, does anyone have any good photographers to reccomend that are a decent price?

I picked the middle package I think it was the secrets of love. I am expecting 14 people. What about you?

Hello brides! I have just booked my wedding at SMB for Novermber 10th, 2014! I am so excited. I have some questions if anyone has any answers from their expreiences that would be great! I was wondering if anyone has used a JAMBOX for their wedding here instead of renting the sound system. I just can't fathom spending like $800 to rent the sound system for the reception and ceremony. If you have used it, did it work well? Could everyone hear okay? Also, I have seen some postings from brides that substituted things they didn't in their package and put that cost towards something else, is this something you did ahead of time or when you got there?
