I am so glad we found this forum. After hours of research my fiance and I came across this forum and look forward to all the tips. We have been to Costa Rica multiple times over the past 6 years and once we visited Villa Caletas we knew that is where we were going to get married. We are getting married there in February and ironing out final details. We have about 35 guests coming down from Florida with us staying at Los Suenos, Villa Caletas an Playa Hermosa. We rented a house down in Hermosa and are in need of a private chef or sushi chef for heavy hors d'ouerves for a cocktail "welcome party" for our guests. Has anyone had any experience with a caterer or chef? I know we are newbies to this thread but have spent many weeks in Costa Rica an more than happy to return the favor of suggestions to any questions. Pura Vida, Capt. Ryan and MacKenzie
