  2. Also! I see that they only play for 3 hours. How long was dinner? If you eat for an hour (at least) then that leave 2 hours of music???
  3. Getting married in THREE weeks! Wooohooo! I cant decide if i should hire a DJ or if i should just play my own music?? There will be 18 guests at the wedding on the Spice Terrace. On one hand, i am very picky about music so my ipod would be a plus. On the other hand, i want ZERO stress and one less thing to think about! so a DJ would be nice. Has anyone worked with DJ Mannia? Did you tell him all the songs you wanted to hear? Does he play during dinner? Does he announce things well *first dance, cake cutting etc.)? thanks in advance!!!!! Lisa soon to be Munn

I was just trying to get some feedback on the appetizers! I am doing the Silver menu. I am really stuck on the 3 hot and 3 cold choices! Did you have anything you LOVED or HATED?!?!?! THANKS!!!! Chilled Menu guacamole, salsa and chips una salad stuffed poblao chili friend panela cheese with chipotle and parsle oil seafood ceviche in cucumber boat beef salad in tomato cup turkey salad with chipotle oil garlic bread with cactus chutney Hot Menu chorizo sopes with tomato, lettuce and sour cream fish empanadas with ranchera sauce beef flautas ith taqeura sauce achiote fried chicken tamales with ranchero sauce chalupitas poblanas with panela cheese and sour cream chicken japeno quesadillaith salsa fried wheat kibis with pork, mint, mayan spices with onion and habanero relish
