Hi all, Congrats on your weddings! I just put a deposit down for January 2014 and I'm really excited. But, I am trying to figure out room rates for January and for some reason it seems like the rates we are getting quoted are higher than what a travel agent can get. Any ideas? Anyone mind listing their room rates? We are members and it seems like that isn't doing anything for us. Also, I'm having the hardest time trying to figure out what to do with tables-- we are having more than 30 guests, and I'm not sure whether I should go with the complimentary and bring our own decorations, or to do a package? With the complimentary, do they charge for the additional tables more than 30 guests? Do they charge to set up your decorations? I've been reading mixed things. thanks!!!
