I am looking for other brides who have, or will be, married at Sonesta Maho in St. Maarten. It seems to be a difficult place to get information on in regards to others who have been married there. Hey All!! 4 I recently got engaged and we have decided to have our Wedding the 1st week of January, 2015. I am having a great deal of difficulty choosing a place. We are right now considering Roatan Honduras or somewhere in Jamaica. We may add Dominican to the mix as well. The BEACH is so important to us. It seems though if we choose Roatan, we have to give up Atmosphere (music, entertainment at night, drinks etc) if we choose to go there. They have the most perfect beach though! How on earth do you all decide where to go? LOL. I want a clear beach, atmosphere but still a reasonable cost for our guests. We are inviting 47 couples, some which have children. So family resorts are important too. I am guessing about 1/3-1/2 of the people we invited will actually come. I could use any advice, suggestions etc. Would also love to hear from other brides to be who are interested in the same types of resorts who have some suggestions of places to look at! Thanks!

Your not alone..or crazy! lol. I am a 2015 Bride to be too. January 2015. Searching desperately for a way to decide where to go to get married. The choices are endless. I find it exciting but also stressful! lol
