Have you thought of using any outside vendors for reception etc? I found this great company Deco Cancun that is really reasonable and offer fabulous décor! Hi ladies! All booked up for May 31, 2014 @ Hard Rock Cancun! So I've been looking at the different packages and so forth, but keep finding all the reception extras really high! $300 additional per table? I wonder if they will include tables if you qualify for the the free private functions through the # of nights booked? Additionally is it true we will not know the reception location till we arrive? So I found this great outside vendor Deco Cancun (attached the PDF w/ pricing) but I can't really plan too much IF I don't know the reception location. Anyhow, we are very excited and Christina, wedding coordinator assigned to us in Miami has been really nice. The only problem is if I don't ask, she doesn't tell. I wish she would include ALL the detailed PDF's so I can sort through it. We also plan to use Del Sol for photography!!!! Oh I can't wait
