Great professionalism, communication, honesty and oh yeah, amazing, amazing photos! We chose El Velo as our photographers and videographers for our wedding in Tamarindo, Costa Rica in April 2013 and they were unbelievable. They exceeded our expectations in a way that is hard to describe in words. From the very start they treated us with the utmost respect and unsurpassed professionalism, something that's hard to find these days. They took the time to learn about us, explain the process, guide us in term of timing, light, and all other details that accompany a good wedding. We never felt rushed nor pressured by them, which made it extremely enjoyable for us, our families and guests. The quality of their photos is outstanding, to the point that several of our guests refer them as postcard-like. Juan Carlos was our photographer and what a guy! He was truly amazing and a professional in every sense of the word. He took time to communicate with us ahead of our wedding date to explain the process and go over every detail. In addition, he mingled well with all our guests, making everyone fee comfortable and at ease without being intrusive - as in sticking the camera in our faces, which is the experience we've had at other weddings. As one family member put it, Juan Carlos is far more than a photographer, he's an artist, taking photography to a whole new level! Thank you Juan Carlos and we hope to see you again soon!
