I am looking to get married early next year in the DR. I am looking for a somewhat secluded area of the beach (if possible) at a really nice resort that won't break the bank for my guests. Also want to get married right on the beach. Any suggestions? I have had a few resorts recommended to me including Paradises, Sirenis Tropical and Now Larimar....any feedback on those resorts from anyone? Much appreciated!!

Hello everyone, I am getting married this January 2014 and need some advice. We are thinking of choosing Jamaica. I have never been to either places before, so I am hoping I can get some suggestions on the best resort for a wedding. I would like a resort that takes care of all the details so I can enjoy myself and not stress. We are also looking for a great white beach...are the beaches comparable to Punta Cana? Also for friends and family's sake - we would like to keep the price under $1500 a person; but still get some luxury. Also looking for a resort that not too quiet but that's also not a crazy party all the time. I appreciate any advice and suggestions since it can be very difficult to plan when you have never been. Hi everyone, I an from Mississauga, Ontario and Just discovered this site and hoping for some advice on which resort to choose for our wedding. We are thinking either Jamaica, Dominican or Cuba for January 2014. We are looking for a good atmosphere (not insane party atmosphere), great beach and a bit of luxury. We want to try to keep it under $1500 a person for our guests sake. Looking forward to some great suggestions, thanks!!!!
