@@shan0487 the ceremony is at the bucambillias gazebo cocktail bucambillias terrace then a ballroom which I have no idea of the name I've asked a number if time and keep getting pictures if different ballroom but all the pictures they keep sending all look horrible. I wanted it outside but nowhere left. There's 31 of us 5 been children. How many did you have? Did you add extras to the complimentary? Where was your ceremony/ reception?

@@shan0487 this makes me feel a little better I'm nearly at my 30 day mark so let's hope my onsite us better. I'm really not happy with my reception location so I'm going to see if there is anywhere else at all I can have it. What package did you go with? Mine is also Margarita. No I haven't been assigned an onsite yet. Let's hope the onsite is a lot better. When do you get married?

My wedding July 18th and I'm having the same problem. I feel like it's 1 step forward 2 steps back. They only answer the questions they wish to answer. We haven't got the location we wished for we have been given an awful ballroom. Who is your offsite?

What package is everyone going with I'm in 2 mind wether to just go with the complimentary anyone got any pictures of complimentary package? Also I need photographer/ videographer any recommendations would be hugely appreciated?? Thanks in advance Kirsty x

Could anyone help me... We are going 4 the pearl shimmer collection for the ceremony but then for the meal I don't rely want to pay a lot for decoration as we are thinking of going away from the hotel for our party. Does anyone know what you get basic? Table and chairs tablecloths etc. Thanks in advance x

Has anyone seen a kids menu I've been asking for one to be sent over for a while now. I'm not sure if a 2 year old will want beef in red wine sauce so wanting xx

we've got 10 rooms booked through the same source for 14 nights, 1 booked seperate for 7 nights and 2 people not staying at the hotel xxx

@@NJBride2014 thanks you so much yes they all staying 14 nights, with regards to the 7 nights i booked with a travel agent so could i used that to pay for extras for the wedding? Thanks Again Kirsty x

Hi Moon Palace Brides I am getting married at Moon Palace July 18th 2014 (9 weeks on Friday) I have got Margarita as my coordinator and struggling to communicate. I still havent been assigned my location and i am quite concerned as my reason for marrying at MP was due to the gazebos. I have 27 guests including me and my h2b staying for 14 nights, 2 staying for 7 nights and 2 coming as a guest pass. What am i entitled to for free could anyone help me? I'm having a private reception in one of the ballrooms if thsi included? Thanks Kirsty xx
