I have never heard of them. Have you looked into other photographers? I booked my photography with Octavio Montes. He was the best price for the quantity of time and photos you get plus, he takes great pictures. I actually got his info from this forum. There is a lot of great advice. I would definitely check him out. He even offers a 10% bridal discount!! Www.octaviomontes.com. They just sit on a wine glass with a battery operated light inside. Other than that I want to bring other table decorations but I'm afraid anything glass will break I get there on 12/10 so I may just see your wedding going on.

I'm getting married 12.13.14 at Excellence Riviera Cancun!! I can't wait!

I am hoping that somebody here will be able to answer this for me. My Fiance and I are having a symbolic wedding at Excellence Riviera Cancun on 12/13/14, originally we were going to get married here in the states the day before we leave but we remembered that we have a friend of ours that is a minister. To keep the dates the same on the certificate as our ceremony in Mexico is it legally possible for him to sign the certificate the day we have the ceremony since he will be there anyway? Is there any information on the certificate that would require him to put where we got married?

What time did everybody get married at EPM? I originally wanted a 5pm ceremony but the slot was taken. Anybody get married at 10am or 1pm? If so, how did the timeline work? Did you have a reception?

Has anybody had a wedding or will have a wedding at 1pm? If so, how was it? More specifically the reception. I wanted a 4pm ceremony just in time for dinner but the slot was taken

I'm choosing a destination wedding because I live in Texas and my family is very very small and my fiancés family is very large so it would just be a whole lot less stressful and more enjoyable to have a wedding where we could only have our immediate family and they can enjoy a little vacation at the same time. Another reason is that we are two college students and money is tight so the best option for us would be to have a beautiful wedding and honeymoon in one.

The coordinator that I emailed told me that they can only book and confirm the wedding 30 days in advance but, that just doesn't seem right to me. I am planning on getting married 12-13-14, that is going to be a very popular date so I want to be 100% that it is confirmed before I put my deposit down on the room. Other than that, I would just like to know the process that other people have done. Did you book the room first? Do you wait for them to book the room for you? Being so far away from the resort it makes me nervous to do everything online
