@lilvegaswed was it hard to get an outside caterer into the Mandalay Bay suites? I wanted to DIY reception in the Vista Suite at Mandalay Bay, just order some pizza or appies, and BYOB, but I'm afraid with their "no outside food/drink" policy that they'll shut it down. Did you tell them it was happening, or just snuck it in?
