Yay Yay!! I leave in 4 days!! Can't wait just keeping my fingers crossed about the weather = ) hope you have an amazing time. Maybe we will meet while we are there. I am only staying until Monday. We are honeymooning at eldorado casitas royal!! -
Also, did you tip the bartenders at your reception? I now this has been discussed a lot but I'm still trying to figure out how much cash to bring

For ladies who have used the salon for hair makeup and nails, did you tip the same as you would here in the us? I was thinking 20 for hair 10 per nail service and 10 for makeup. Let me know your thoughts!

Congrats!! I was told by my TA to do the swim out suite since it is such a unique room that you will not be able to get any many other resorts. Depending on you package you may qualify for the bridal suite three hour prior to your wedding near the spa where you will have an attendant and it will be more than enough room to fit you and your Bmaids. Also the cool thing about the swim up suites is that all of the guests can get them as well and it will be liek having your own private stretch of pool, that you can all hang out in.

As my wedding day gets closer I have started to check the weather like a mad woman. Right now it's not looking good for me = ( they are showing rain 3 days leading up to the wedding and rain on my wedding day. I'm hoping it will change beings that it is 15 days out, but do any brides know of alternative ceremony locations at the resort? I never really asked, I have seen reception locations but not ceremony locations. Ugh I will be soooooo bummed if it rains the whole trip!! I'm not the type of bride who minds rain, just not every single day!

14 days until my wedding day and 12 days left until we leave!! I had my first nightmare last night about missing the plane and issues at the airport! I am starting to get sooo excited and am hoping the weather holds out for us. I called the airline to give them a heads up about about my dress and they did not seem to know what to do. They told me my dress would be considered my carry on, not my personal item and I would only have a place to store it if the plane has a closet(which they could not tell me) and if the airline stewardesses were accommodating. I was a little annoyed by this. They even suggested I put it in a box and put it in with checked luggage!! I was appalled! Can any other bride share there plane experience with me so I know what to expect. Thanks ladies!

I am so glad to hear that the wind helped keep it cool. I am sooo nervous about the heat and sweating like crazy. I had a bar expierence at a wedding in august last year and I can NOT relive that expierence haha!

Hi ladies! My wedding is almost 30 days away and I am getting sooo excited!! To all past brides has anyone had any issues with gettin sick from the food or have any guests complain about getting sick? I know it's gormet inclusive so I was hoping this is not the case. I have a few guests that swear they will get dissentary while in Mexico. I also had a co-worker who's husband is a dr and the go to all of the Karisma and eldorado resorts and reccomend going to the dr to get a provenative antibiotic to help fight any foreign bacteria. Let me know your expiernced and thoughts!! Thanks!

Hi Ladies! So I am having a hard time figureing out exactly what times I should put down for everything at the reception (speaches, dances, cake cutting, dinner ect) . Does anyone have any suggestions? Our reception is from 7-11. Thanks!!

Hello!! I did real touch flowers through wedideas.com. I had alll of the grooms boutineers done as real touch, my bouquet, and all of my bridemaids bouquets. Im so happy I did it and it saved us a ton of money!!!

They wouldn't let me add one to my detail sheet. I'm a little mad because I requested one and they said no. Grr that kind of makes me mad, since now I printed all of my brochures and schedules saying that we are not having one.
