Have any past brides ever live streamed their wedding?

As of today we have all guests booked and their flights and rooms are reserved.

Llenny is my planner. She has exceeded my expectations so far, especially considering its this far out. She answers all my questions within about 3-4 days.

I was really thinking I would do my ceremony at the gazebo but the more I look at it, it seems backwards to me. Has anyone had their ceremony set up the other direction so that the beach/ocean are your back drop?

Has anyone had a wedding on Tuesday? Curious as to what my location options will be for the cocktail hour and reception.

Has anyone not chosen to have a private reception and just had your entire group go to dinner together after the ceremony. I'm trying to decide if it is worth it to pay for the private dinner?

I won't need a judge or minister as we are not doing the legal ceremony. We have a family member that will be doing our ceremony. We don't need the complimentary room for the groom because he wants to stay with his brother that night. (Do they just give you credit for whatever room he is in that night or move him to a room alone? We see that as a waste of money and I would rather that go towards something else. We need a wedding cake for at least 20 guests but the Excellence of Love package comes with quite a bit that we don't want. We just want to do a cocktail hour but not the private reception dinner. I don't need the 24 photos as we will be bringing our own photographer. We would like to consider having the band play during our cocktail hour. Just wanted to hear from someone who has done a mix between the 3 packages and how easily they work with you on that. Thanks!

None of the wedding packages fit my exact needs/wants. Does anyone know how flexible they are about letting you swap items around? Or are the packages set in stone?

I would love to find out about that. Maybe if enough of us request it they will make it happen

Is everyone using a Travel Agent? Or booking on your own through the Excellence website or other reliable site? I'm still waiting to hear back from whoever my wedding contact person will be but does anyone know the wedding time options?

One question to start with: I have a friend that will be coming to my wedding. She is a photographer so she will be bringing her camera. I think I saw somewhere that you have to pay to bring your own vender. Does anyone have specifics on this? How do they determine if its a vender or just a guest taking pictures. I am not paying her to do my photography but I know she will take pictures because it is her hobby. Because of this I am not going to use a photographer at the resort. Any thoughts?
