Hi everyone, Thank you for all of your fabulous advice! My fiance and I just reserved our date for April 2, 2014 and have begun the process of planning the reception with Vanessa. We're expecting around 40 guests, and from what I understand, we have to have a private party to serve that number. Do any of you know where these private parties are held? Is it the same restaurants as the reserved seating dinners but with a steeper price? Does it seem like most people plan a cocktail hour after the ceremony while photos are being taken, or do you think there are reasonably enough bars at the resort that the guests can occupy themselves for an hour or so?
