perfect thank you! I think I will bring a tub of similac just incase but I am sure he will be ok. I am on the count down now, Jan 19th is our day! I have got all my chair sashes (yes I am bringing my own haha) and my lanterns and some other decor I am bringing with me. We decided on the whitechocolate and coffee flavored cake so I will let you all know how it is! So EXCITED!

so this is an odd question but what is the milk down there like? My little guy isn't two yet and still drinks a fair bit of milk. I am unsure if I should pick up a jug of similac just in case or if their milk is treated the same as ours up here? I don't want him to get an upset tummy the whole trip. I am sure it will be ok I just thought maybe someone might have had a personal experiance and could lead me in the right direction. Thanks!

Good evening brides (and grooms). I am stuck, this is a question for past brides, what did you think of the cake? I have emailed another lady that does beautiful cakes in the area but have not heard back from her. I am thinking about just doing the larger cake and ditching the dessert, if we had under 15 people and everyone could order as they please I would leave the dessert at the a-la-carte but seeing as I would have to choose for everyone I think we will just stick with cake. I was thinking coconut with a raspberry filling or something along those lines but my fiance likes the idea of the white chocolate with coffee, which I think would be great and concidering our son is the only child that will be there that might go over better with our guests. Any opinions?

What do you charge to come down and do wedding photos? Do they have an issue with you coming to shoot a wedding?

Thank you! I am so excited. I LOVE the photo tours by far the best I've seen, I am still looking at them and it makes me even more excited! Does anyone know about how many flowers come with the rememberence package? I don't know if I shoul be getting more or if it comes with enough as is. Also my wc hasn't gotten back to me about having a differemt photographer come in, I really like her style and an extra bonus her fee is about half of the packages of the recommended photographer.

Hi everyone! I am brand new to this site, however I did read some of it when I was researching where we wanted to have our wedding. I was just hoping for some advice and tips, the more information the better in my eyes! I also thought it may help me from driving my w.c. Jazmin crazy! Neither my fiance or I have been to Mexico and we are so excited for our trip! We are getting married Jan 19 2013 at the GBPTulum. So far we have a group of about 20 (and that seems to still be growing) including ourselves and our son who will be 23 months at the time of the wedding. Has anyone else stayed at the resort with young children? What was it like for them? I am sure our little man will love it as long as he gets to swim and play outside. Also we were sent the menus from Don Pablo and the Tequila resturants, (so far we are leaning towards the Don Pablo but I must admit we were someone disapointed because we were under the impression we had 5 resturants to choose from) Has anyone else had their supper at Don Pablo? I have lots more questions but I am sure if I browse through past posts I will probably find the answers to lots of them! Like I said any advice is much appreciated.
