I went with the Island Pearl package because the color blue didn't go with my theme. They were so easy going once I got there any met with the WC they let me change the decoration for the ceremony location with the star fish from the waves of love at no additional cost since I didn't want the pearls. Each package lets you customize with a few different color options. Every wedding I saw when I was there was the waves of love except for ours. I hope this helps and makes sense!

My parents were in building #11 their room was 1130 and it was perfect. Right next to the pool and the closest walk.

zipline and horseback riding was through chukka Mayfield falls we actually talked to a single private taxi at the lobby of our hotel. The rest we went though apple in the hotel lobby since that's who we booked our trip with.

Also my husband went fishing. His boat didnt catch anything but the boat with our friends that went right after got about 10 fish.

Where to begin...We did so many excursions and loved them all!!! Mayfield Falls- this is a must if you want to see a waterfall. We were able to swim in the falls and go under the rocks through to the next fall, jump off small cliffs, and it was not at all crowded! We heard Dunns was over crowded and you didn't even get to go in the water. This is only about 30 minutes from Montego Bay. Ricks Cafe- Best sunset we saw the entire time. We even jumped off the 50 foot cliff the day before our wedding. What a rush! 7 mile beach- Beautiful white sandy beaches this was in combo with going to Rick's cafe. It was a day trip and we also got to do about an hour of shopping so this was fun for all. Zip Line (chukka)- 9 ziplines through the jungle if you do this bring your camera. We were told not to but I wish I did since the pictures they took were over priced and not good. Horseback Riding- LOVED THIS! we went up in the mountains, saw a village, and went in the ocean on the horse. This was amazing, something that we have never done Dreamer Catamaran- Beautiful sunset and views. Crew was very nice and an overall fun time. We were going to do the ATV but changed our mind at the last minute. We saw it while we were on the horse and they had to stay in single file lines and go very slow. If you want to go fast then you are better off doing this at home since they really keep an eye on you.

Ahhh I leave on Monday for my wedding and can't wait. I cant believe it is almost here. Any other brides getting married on March 1st? Or if anyone has any last minute tips let me know, otherwise I guess well see how it turns out

Is it true that they guys have to wear pants to the dinner restaurants or can they wear nice dress shorts? We are going to be there for about 2 weeks and want to try all the places I'm just trying to figure out what to all pack and don't want to be overloaded.

Let me know what you find out... I am also going with the island pearl package and was planning to use the ipod hookup for the ceremony for the bridal party and myself walking down. I also am wondering who would do that or if I need to have one of my guest be in charge. Best of luck with everything. Let me know how it all goes and how you like the package!

I have not heard from her in a few weeks. I guess I'm just waiting patiently to see what comes next. Even though I'm super excited and anxious!!! I am getting all the small things done that I can in the mean time

Thanks for the review. Its always great to hear from someone that got married there. We are thinking of doing the Jamaican Buffet since we have 51 people going. Is anyone's wedding around March 1, 2013?
