Lol. So sorry about that...I have been up and about (We were hit by a flood) and just checked on here now. Ok. First off, I reduced my measurement by an inch when sending it out (as motivation to lose weight...turned out I wasnt motivated enough ) So I couldnt zip up the dress. Well I finally lost a lil and my sister with the help of another friend were able to zip me up...whew. I took a few pictures but they are pretty dark and I was using my phone so they are not so clear...but here goes all the same. This last pic shows the spot where its too

Yayyy. I have received my dress from Jasmines. Shipping was really fast. It was shipped on Monday via DHL and I found it under my office table when I got in a few minutes ago. So excited and just barely stopped myself from opening the dress right here. I cant wait to get home and take it out. But I took some pics of the package and garment bag. Free gifts. Three mirrors/keyholders.

So sorry to hear that. Are you saying the dress measurements are off what you sent to them? Cos if that is the case, then you should contact them to fix it since it'll be an error on their part. You could measure each part of the dress and take pictures of the measurements and send to them...the least they could do will be to reimburse you for the alterations you would have to do. If you have a good seamstress, they should be able to work some magic...good thing its bigger not smaller than you. I hope it works out very well and you get the dress you desire.

It was at no extra cost. I just reminded them of the part of their website that says they use crystals/rhinestones. And then referred them to the original dress which also showed crystal beads. They only charge extra when you are introducing new elements to the dress. E.g I brought a different picture of the dress on a real bride and tried to get them to replicate it to look more like that. They billed $60 stating that I should have provided these pictures before they commenced production. I also wanted to increase the sleeve length from 13inches to 16inches but they billed $15 since it

Twas pretty easy. Here is a pic of the initial (Plastic) beading. It just looked...well, plastic (it helps that I grew up beading clothes for my mum when she was a seamstress ) And another picture showing the full beading. While it looked nice and all, I just wasnt comfortable with it as the original dress had crystal beads. Here's a picture of the original Jalea. And Voila, they did a second try and this is the result: Initially I was a bit uncomfortable with the color contrast but it gradually grew on me (my dress is white) and now I wont
